Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

Special Instructions

  • Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face, free of make up and oils, regardless of the service being received.

  • Please no guests, children, or pets.

  • Lash extension refills are only honored if booked within 2-3 weeks after the previous appointment. Any set over 3 weeks old will require a full set, not a fill. You must have 40% of your lashes remaining for refill pricing.

Refund Policies

  • Due to the nature of the services we offer, there are no refunds on any services rendered. Please contact us within 72 hours of your service date with any problems and/or concerns you have.

  • If you are experiencing major fall out after your appointment, please notify us within the 72 hour period. We will book a consultation to troubleshoot the cause of loss, and fill in the missing lashes.

  • After the 3 day grace period, fixes will be considered a refill and will be charged according to the date the appointment is booked.

  • We believe that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction! Should you not be satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will discuss a solution.
